Which size should I choose?
Go by the paw, not by the breed. S for small paws (chihuahua, yorkie, dachshund), M for medium paws (corgi, beagle, cocker, French bulldog) and L for large paws (labrador, golden retriever, german shepherd). If your dog is between two sizes, take the bigger one: the paw has to go in without forcing it.
Do I need soap?
No. Water is enough for mud, sand and dust. If your dog stepped on something greasy, you can add a drop of pet-friendly shampoo.
Will it hurt my dog's paws?
No. The bristles are soft silicone and they bend. Most dogs need two or three goes to get used to it, so start gently and reward them.
How do I clean the cup?
Empty the dirty water in the sink, rinse the cup and the bristles under the tap and let it dry upside down. The bristle insert comes out so you can rinse it properly.
Does it work for cats?
Yes, as long as the paw fits. For most cats the S size works.
